1.5 Hour Introduction to NHA®.
If you do not have a long time commitment, but are eager to learn more about NHA® or share it with someone you know, this short, yet engaging presentation will provide you with some tools to begin making some immediate, positive changes in your relationships. This workshop informs participants about the core tenets of the Nurtured Heart Approach® and includes an experiential exercise that will have lasting impact.

1/2 Day Orientation to NHA®.
This 3-hour, introductory workshop is designed so participants will have the opportunity to learn the intentions and core methodology of the Nurtured Heart Approach®. The numerous videos, stories and experiential exercises shared greatly aid in deeper understanding of the direct instruction and make the process of learning very engaging. Participants will begin to understand why NHA® is having such success and a profound impact on families, schools and agencies all over the world and how they can begin to see the true greatness in themselves and the people in their lives.
3-hour Presentation Time

1-Day Implementation of NHA®.
This six-hour training workshop is a great fit for people just learning the Approach or for someone who wants a refresher on the basics of the Approach. Participants will not only learn in an engaging, interactive way, the fundamentals of the Nurtured Heart Approach® and its core tenets, but have various opportunities to practice the Approach® and discover how the fundamentals are executed. A combination of stories, videos and personal experience add interest to the day’s teachings, and inspire participants to begin seeing life in a new, powerful way.
6-hour Presentation Time

2-Day Implementation of NHA®.
If you are ready to experience deep transformation in how to navigate your relationships utilizing the Approach, this 2-Day training is for you! Participants will become deeply knowledgeable in the core methodology of NHA®, on how to utilize the strategies in their relationships, with youth and adults, and in the transforming impact this Approach will have on all of their relationships. The class structure and topics allow participants to be fully engaged, with time to reflect on their own life circumstances, often arousing emotions that inspire them to embrace and start using this Approach. Natalie’s style of teaching and passion for the Approach not only captures audiences attention and interest, but leaves them fulfilled and excited to learn more.
